Thank you for volunteering at The Challenge!
This event relies heavily on the dedication and support of our volunteers. We kindly ask that you honor your commitment and remain for the entire duration of your assigned shift to help ensure the event runs smoothly. Your time and effort are truly appreciated!
Besa staff will get you registered and orient you with your specific volunteer group. Every group has a team captain who will be available to answer any questions.
Below you’ll find information to prepare you for an exciting night of doing good and having fun. Please email us at challenge@besa.org if you have any questions.
It will take about 30 minutes for arrival, parking, and check-in. Please plan accordingly.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, as the event is outdoors. You’ll receive a Challenge volunteer t-shirt at check-in, and we ask you to wear it throughout the event. Please note that changing areas are limited.
A photo ID or driver’s license is required to enter the event.
You will enter the A&F campus through a side entrance at 8200 Innovation Campus Way.
When you arrive, go past the location where the directions end and continue straight to the security gate. Use the call box to let security know you are a volunteer, and they will open the gate to the parking lot straight ahead. Follow the walking path to volunteer registration.
