How does Besa collaborate with nonprofits?
Besa’s Nonprofit Partnership team works directly with nonprofits to understand their highest volunteer needs and challenges. Then, we collaborate with them to curate volunteer experiences for you. Collaboration with nonprofits ensures Besa’s volunteer experiences are fun, meaningful and impactful!

We know you want to support causes that are meaningful to you. With more than 30 impact areas, such as food security, homelessness, women and girls, LGBTQ, the environment, and more, Besa can connect you with nonprofits supporting residents with critical needs.

Will there be someone to answer questions when I show up to volunteer?
Besa’s Volunteer Leaders are experienced volunteers who will greet you with a warm welcome and can provide support during the volunteer experience. All Besa volunteer experiences are available for Volunteer Leaders to sign up. Learn more about becoming a Volunteer Leader.

VOLUNTEER
I volunteer with Besa to let my community and those providing services to the community know that they are not alone, and if they need someone to lean on, I can be just that. I also volunteer with Besa to keep my Alma Mater's saying "Think. Work. Serve." alive. Besa gives others hope that there is still good left in others.

Besa allows me to assist various organizations in aiding those in our community who need a helping hand. It's also allowed me to develop my leadership skills and make some great friends with fellow volunteers.
